This Bulwark Excel FR ComforTouch deluxe coverall is made of a lightweight, 6-ounce sateen fabric, comprising 88% cotton and 12% nylon. The garment provides Category 2 FR/AR (Flame Resistant/Arc Rated) protection, with an ATPV (Arc Thermal Performance Value) of 8.7 calories/cm² and is UL certified to be NFPA 2112 compliant.
The coverall features a one-piece, topstitched, lay-flat collar, and a two-way, concealed Nomex taped brass breakaway zipper with a concealed snap at the top of the zipper and at the neck. The cuffs also have a concealed snap closure.
For added comfort and mobility, the coverall has elastic waist inserts and a deep pleated action back. The two inset lower front pockets are topstitched and lined, while the two angled chest pockets have concealed flap zipper closures. The two patch hip pockets have single concealed snap closures, and there is a left sleeve pocket.
The side vent openings have snap closures, and the right leg features a one-piece rule pocket. The coverall is designed for both home wash and industrial wash.
